This vacation voucher is valid for six days and five nights (double occupancy) of hotel accommodations at both of the destinations provided herein. To take advantage of this offer you must attend a sales presentation during the morning or afternoon. If married, both husband and wife must attend. No purchase is required. This vacation voucher is valid for two adults. One participant must be at least 21 years old. This vacation voucher does not include the cost of food, beverage, taxes, gratuities, transportation, service charges of any type or incidental expenses. This vacation voucher is transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash, nor shall any rebates, refunds or credits be issued for any unused time, day(s) or space. Fill out vacation voucher form completely and mail it along with a $30.00 refundable reservation deposit to BPT/Floridaway, 2655 Ulmerton Rd, Largo, FL 33762 Only original vacation vouchers will be accepted. Travel dates must be submitted at least 60 days in advance. When your vacation is confirmed BPT will prepare and mail written confirmation with directions and check-in times. Do not leave for your vacation until you have received written confirmation of your vacation. Please note that while advance travel dates are recommended, confirmations are not issued more than 90 days prior to travel dates. Should you need to cancel your reservation, BayPines Travel must receive a 30 day written notice prior to travel date in order for you to receive your reservation deposit refund. BASIC TRANSFER TERMS & CONDITIONS The recipient (New Vacation Holder) of the transferred vacation is subject to the same terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the Itinerary page. This vacation can only be transferred to an adult who is at least 25 years of age, who will attend (with spouse if married) a sales representation of a morning or afternoon. voucher and puts all assignees on notice of the Consumer’s’
Right to Cancel under section 559.933, Florida Statutes which
reads as follows: You may cancel this contract without any penalty
or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt
of vacation voucher, which ever occurs later.
No purchaser should rely upon representation other than those included in this contract.
